This event promises to bring together members from across the country to share ideas, celebrate achievements, and plan for the future of amateur soccer. Whether you are a long-time member or new to USASA, we look forward to welcoming you to Frisco for an unforgettable experience.

Charting a Path Forward

We strongly encourage everyone to attend the 10am Friday session which will focus on the strategic planning initiative the NBOD has begun. Your input is needed to shape the future of USASA and this is one opportunity to do so. The status of the initiative will be discussed. Time for member feedback and participation in the process is a key part of this session. 

Please bring a device with internet access so you can open and work from documents during the session.

National Cup Supporters, Enthusiasts and Evangelists

A breakout session to discuss the structure and administration of the National Amateur Cup and other national cups is scheduled for Friday, the 27th at 2pm. Anyone interested in shaping the competition for 2025 is encouraged to bring your ideas and your expertise. Your input and commitment is vital in determining how our national cups proceed.

Candidate Forum

Thursday – hear from the candidates for President, Fritz Marth and James Sadowski, talk about why they want to lead USASA. Also time for a Q & A.

Friday – hear from the candidates for At-Large Director, Chaz Ballish-Regueiro and MaryBeth Falk, talk about why they want to be the At-Large Director. Also time for a Q & A.

Navigating Insurance with USI

Learn all about the liability and player accident coverages available for USASA members. Who is covered and when; are tryouts covered; what about tournaments; A review of the online claim process. What emerging risks are appearing for USASA members. Ryan Douglas and Shalom Suniula from USI will cover all of that and answer your questions.

Adult Soccer 101

Learn about how USASA fits into the bigger world of soccer. What exactly is the Adult Council? This is the session to learn all about how USASA and the Adult Council coexist; where they overlap; where they are different. Chaz Ballish-Regueiro will cover it all in this informative session. – Two Sessions Available

USSF Referee Task Force

Referee abuse continues to be a hot topic. Come learn about the latest work from the U.S. Soccer Referee Task Force. Referee Committee Chair Mike Cullina will lead the update.

A Conversation with the Executive Director

Sit down with Executive Director Bruce Bode and talk all things USASA. A casual, informal discussion is planned on topics that you want. Bruce will also have few updates on initiatives and programs undertaken in 2024 and planned for 2025.

Understanding the USASA National Leagues

Curious about how the USASA National Leagues fit into the bigger picture or wonder about how the National Leagues function and connect with state and regional leagues? Come hear from this panel of representatives from our national leagues. Panelists include Cindy Spera, NPSL Managing Director, and Kendra Halterman, WPSL Commissioner.

  • Location: Toyota Stadium, 9200 World Cup Way, Frisco, TX 75033

Round-Trip Transportation:

Enjoy hassle-free travel with our round-trip transportation service from the hotel to the game venue. Buses will depart from the hotel lobby at 5:30, 5:45, 6, 6:15, 6:30, 6:45 and return after the game from the drop off location at 9:30, 9:45, 10:10, 10:30, 10:45.

Tailgate Party:

Before the game, join us for a fun and lively tailgate party!

We will have a variety of delicious food and drinks available.
